Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Retail Associate in Ajax, Ontario, for a part-time, flex schedule with non-guaranteed hours and an expected 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. The role supports client service, sales goals, daily operations and visual merchandising during peak retail periods; pay is CAD 19.20–22.60 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Support daily operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and event execution that reflect Sephora’s brand.
- Help foster an inclusive, open team culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and Sephora standards, and help maintain a clean, safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked, visually ready store and create a welcoming client experience during peak business periods.
