Sephora Miranda store seeks Seasonal Retail Assistant, November 2026–January 2027. AUD $36.33/hr + super, casual fixed-term role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by listening to and understanding individual beauty needs
- Guide customers through product discovery and demonstrate features and benefits across all departments
- Promote and educate customers on the Sephora loyalty program and its advantages
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current with emerging beauty trends and techniques through continuous learning
- Support the store team through multitasking and flexible thinking during peak trading periods
- Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions
- Provide consistent service during key trading times, including late-night and weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with customers and colleagues
- Keen observational skills regarding new products and iconic beauty brands
- Willingness to participate in cross-training and professional development
- Full availability throughout November 2026 to January 2027 inclusive
- Ability to work late-night and weekend shifts
