Sephora Seasonal Retail Assistant role in Perth, Australia — part-time casual position for the 2026–2027 holiday season with competitive hourly rate and LVMH group benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire and assist customers to achieve their beauty goals by listening to and understanding their unique needs
- Provide expert product knowledge across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness categories
- Demonstrate features and benefits of Sephora's loyalty programme to customers
- Perform multitasking and retail operations during peak trading hours (Thursday–Sunday, including late-night and weekend shifts)
- Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions to expand product knowledge
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
- Maintain store standards and contribute to an inclusive, welcoming shopping environment
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and respond flexibly to customer needs
- Full availability for the period November 2026–January 2027 inclusive
- Willingness to work Thursday–Sunday, including late-night and weekend shifts
