Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire and assist customers in discovering products that match their individual beauty needs and preferences
- Provide expert product knowledge across all departments including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness
- Guide customers through loyalty program features and benefits
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness standards
- Multitask effectively during high-traffic periods and respond dynamically to customer and operational demands
- Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions
