Sephora Gold Coast: Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) on casual contract for peak trading period November–January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations across all Sephora departments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their individual beauty needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, particularly highlighting the Sephora loyalty programme
- Maintain product knowledge on emerging beauty trends and iconic brands through continuous learning
- Provide seamless omnichannel support across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness categories
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation during peak trading periods
- Participate in in-store beauty expert training sessions and cross-departmental training opportunities
- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative store culture
- Work flexibly across trading hours including evening and weekend availability during high-demand periods
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in retail or customer-facing environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask and respond dynamically to customer and operational needs
- Keen interest in beauty products, brands, and emerging industry trends
- Full availability throughout November 2026 to January 2027 inclusive
- Capacity to work across key trading times including late-night and weekend shifts
