Sephora Seasonal Retail Assistant in Chatswood, Sydney – part-time casual beauty advisor role (Nov 2026–Jan 2027) at A$36.33/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver inspiring customer experiences by actively listening to and understanding individual client needs
- Demonstrate product knowledge across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness categories
- Promote and educate customers on Sephora's loyalty programme features and benefits
- Maintain awareness of emerging beauty trends, new product launches, and iconic brand innovations
- Multitask effectively during peak trading periods, particularly Thursday to Sunday
- Participate in cross-training initiatives and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions
- Build strong interpersonal relationships with customers and team members
- Operate across all store departments to support overall store performance
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for beauty products and brand knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full availability throughout November 2026–January 2027 inclusive
- Flexibility to work late-night and weekend shifts during peak trading periods
