Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Retail Assistant for its Indooroopilly team on a part-time, casual fixed-term basis with non-guaranteed hours. The role supports customers across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness and pays AUD 36.33 per hour, plus superannuation and applicable late-night and weekend/public holiday loadings. Full availability is required from November 2026 through January 2027 inclusive; an extended contract may be available if vacancies exist after the holiday period.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire customers and help them find beauty products that meet their needs.
- Listen to customers and create a positive customer experience.
- Help customers discover the features and benefits of the loyalty program.
- Share beauty knowledge with customers and team members.
- Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Work across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness departments.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Availability throughout November 2026 to January 2027 inclusive.
- Availability across key trading times, including late nights and weekends; busiest trading days are Thursday to Sunday.
