Sephora seeks a Seasonal Retail Assistant in Bankstown, Sydney for Nov 2026–Jan 2027. AUD $36.33/hr plus super and loadings.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by understanding and addressing individual client needs
- Advise customers on product features, benefits, and recommendations across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness categories
- Build awareness of the Sephora loyalty program and encourage customer enrollment
- Maintain product knowledge of new launches and iconic brands through continuous learning
- Execute multitasking duties including sales transactions, stock management, and customer assistance during peak trading hours
- Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions
- Provide availability during key trading times, including Thursday–Sunday, late-night, and weekend shifts
- Support team members by sharing beauty expertise and fostering an inclusive store environment
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build client relationships
- Keen interest in beauty products, trends, and brands
- Full availability throughout November 2026 to January 2027 inclusive
