Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one and group beauty consultations, recommending products and routines tailored to each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product features and application techniques to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Stay current with product launches, beauty trends and category knowledge to provide relevant advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold all company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays to cover peak retail hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with an aptitude for learning quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts and peak trading periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
