Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Winston-Salem for a flexible, non-guaranteed-hours, part-time role expected to work 0–14 hours per week based on business needs, scheduled October 5 through January 10. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment and visual merchandising, with availability for nights, weekends and holidays. Pay is $18.00–$20.50 per hour, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and executing events.
- Help foster an open, inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked, visually ready store and support both store operations and onstage service during peak business periods.
