Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support achievement of sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to operational standards
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute promotional setups and events
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, openness, and empowerment across the team
- Uphold Sephora company policies and contribute to a safe, secure shopping experience
