Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate to join the Jordan Creek store (West Des Moines, IA) for the peak retail season. This non-guaranteed hours position offers flexible scheduling (0–14 hours weekly) from October 5 through January 10, ideal for candidates seeking seasonal work during the holiday shopping period. The role combines customer-facing service with store operations support, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and onstage client assistance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support sales goal achievement across store operations and onstage service
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards to support peak business periods
- Execute visual merchandising directives, including promotional setups and event execution, to reflect Sephora's brand standards
