Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Washington, DC, for a part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role with a flexible schedule of 0–14 hours per week, October 5 through January 10. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations, visual merchandising and an inclusive shopping environment. The advertised hourly pay range is $21.75–$24.88, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
