Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Washington, DC, for a non-guaranteed-hours, part-time position with an expected 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. The role supports client service, sales goals, store operations and visual merchandising during peak business periods; scheduling runs from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10. Hourly pay is $21.75–$24.88, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and executing events.
- Help foster an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help provide a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked, visually ready store.
- Be available during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends and holidays; arrive punctually and attend consistently.
