Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences and support store operations during peak retail periods. The role encompasses client-facing service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and operational support in a fast-paced beauty retail environment. This is a flexible, non-guaranteed hours position scheduled from October through January, with expected availability of 0–14 hours per week.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences and support the team in achieving sales goals during peak retail moments
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
  • Ensure accurate promotional setups and event execution to reflect Sephora's visual merchandising standards
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and openness while maintaining a welcoming store environment
