Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support achievement of sales goals within the store
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
- Execute accurate promotional setups and event-based visual merchandising to reflect Sephora's brand identity
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere where clients and team members feel empowered and respected
