Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate for its Toronto location to deliver exceptional client service and support store operations during peak retail periods. In this flexible, hourly role, the candidate will assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and client engagement while maintaining Sephora's brand standards and fostering an inclusive store environment. This position offers 0–14 hours per week with availability required during evenings and weekends throughout the holiday season.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals during peak retail operations
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure accurate promotional setups and event execution aligned with Sephora's brand
  • Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness where all team members feel empowered
  • Maintain a clean, safe, secure, and visually ready store environment that reflects Sephora standards
  • Support onstage service and client moments in a fast-paced, collaborative retail setting

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.20 to CAD 22.60 per hour.
