Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
- Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Promote a culture of openness and inclusivity where all team members and clients feel empowered
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and maintaining a clean, safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping environment
- Support visual merchandising and maintain a stocked, visually ready store
Qualifications
