Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Tampa for a part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role with an expected 0–14 hours per week, scheduled according to business needs. The associate supports client service, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, promotional setups, and events, and must be available for peak periods and scheduling from October 5 through January 10. Pay is $18.00–$20.50 per hour, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
