Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and deliver exceptional client experiences during peak retail periods at its Tallahassee location. The role encompasses inventory management, visual merchandising, and onstage service in a fast-paced, collaborative retail environment. The position runs from October 5 through January 10 with flexible scheduling (0–14 hours per week).
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support the team in achieving sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards
- Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
