Sephora seeks seasonal retail associates in Surrey, BC for holiday peak season. CAD$19.85–24.80/hr, flexible hours, part-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in creating outstanding shopping experiences while contributing to sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and event execution to reflect Sephora's brand
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness where clients and colleagues feel empowered
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and helping maintain a clean, safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping environment
Qualifications
- Some experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
