Sephora is hiring a part-time Seasonal Associate in Sugar Land, Texas, for a non-guaranteed-hours role with an expected 0–14 hours per week from October 5 through January 10. The associate supports client service, sales goals, inventory and order fulfillment, visual merchandising, event execution, and store standards; hourly pay is $19.80–$22.90, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Ensure accurate promotional setups and execute events to maintain Sephora’s brand presentation in store.
- Help foster an open and inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help provide a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked and visually ready store.
- Work a flexible schedule, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays during peak retail periods.
