Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support achievement of sales goals during peak business periods
- Manage inventory, restock merchandise, and fulfill orders according to operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain Sephora's brand presentation
- Maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping environment by upholding company policies and standards
- Promote inclusivity and teamwork by fostering a culture of openness and empowerment
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong commitment to client service and satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Flexible and available for scheduling Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate
