Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate in Somerville to support client service, sales goals, store operations and visual merchandising during peak business periods. This non-guaranteed-hours, part-time seasonal role offers 0–14 hours per week, with scheduling from October 5 through January 10 and availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and executing events.
