Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Scottsdale for a part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role, with schedules varying from 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, and event execution, and must be available for scheduling from October 5 through January 10, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and executing events.
- Help foster an inclusive, open culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked and visually ready store.
