Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate in San Mateo to support client service, sales goals, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment and visual merchandising during peak business periods. This part-time, non-guaranteed-hours seasonal role offers an expected 0–14 hours per week, with scheduling from October 5 through January 10 and availability required for nights, weekends and holidays. Hourly pay is $22.60–$26.00, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
- Ensure accurate promotional setups and event execution so the store reflects Sephora’s brand.
- Help promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked, visually ready store and support store operations and onstage service during peak business periods.
Qualifications
