Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate in San Luis Obispo, CA, for peak retail operations (Oct–Jan) with flexible hours and competitive compensation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support the team in achieving sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
- Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness and empowerment
- Uphold Sephora standards and maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping environment
- Maintain availability for scheduling Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10, including nights, weekends, and holidays
