Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support the team in achieving sales goals during peak retail periods
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards throughout the store
- Execute visual merchandising initiatives to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
