Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate in San Jose, CA for flexible retail support (Oct–Jan). $22.60–$26.00/hr, 0–14 hrs/week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support the team in achieving sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards
- Ensure accurate promotional setups and visual merchandising standards reflective of Sephora's brand identity
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and empower team members through collaborative teamwork
- Maintain store safety, security, and cleanliness standards in compliance with company policies
- Support flexible scheduling availability including nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
