Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in San Diego for a flexible, part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role with an expected 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. The associate supports client service, sales goals, daily store operations, visual merchandising and an inclusive shopping environment, and must be available during peak periods. Hourly pay is $20.85–$23.98, depending on geographic location; scheduling runs Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Maintain accurate promotional displays and execute events in line with Sephora’s visual merchandising standards.
- Help foster an open and inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance; be available during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
