Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate for its San Antonio location to support retail operations and client service during peak holiday periods. The role involves managing inventory, executing visual merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across a fast-paced beauty retail environment. This position offers flexible scheduling with 0–14 hours per week available from October through January.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment
  • Maintain store visual standards through accurate promotional setups and event execution
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment
  • Uphold Sephora brand standards and create a safe, welcoming shopping experience
  • Ensure availability during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
