Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate for its Sacramento, California location to provide exceptional client experiences and support store operations during peak retail seasons. The role encompasses sales support, inventory management, visual merchandising assistance, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, inclusive retail environment. This non-guaranteed seasonal position runs from October 5 through January 10, with flexible hours averaging 0–14 per week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client experiences and support the sales team in achieving performance targets
- Manage inventory replenishment, stock accuracy, and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising setup and promotional displays to reflect Sephora's brand standards
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance throughout shifts
