Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences while supporting store operations during peak retail periods. The role encompasses sales support, inventory management, visual merchandising, and event execution across a nine-week seasonal cycle (October through January) at the Apache Mall location in Rochester, Minnesota.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to operational standards
- Execute visual merchandising displays, promotional setups, and event installations reflecting Sephora brand standards
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative store environment where team members and clients feel empowered
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and security while upholding company policies and standards
- Provide flexible availability for scheduling during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
