Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Ridgeland for a flexible, non-guaranteed-hours, part-time role, expected to average 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, and visual merchandising, and must be available from October 5 through January 10, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The hourly pay range is $16.60–$19.30, depending on geographic location.
