Sephora is recruiting seasonal associates for its Rehoboth Beach, Delaware location to support store operations and client service during the peak holiday retail season. The role offers flexible scheduling (0–14 hours per week) through January 10, with hourly compensation of $18.00–$20.50 depending on geographic location. Associates will deliver exceptional client experiences, manage inventory and visual merchandising, and uphold Sephora's brand standards in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support team efforts in achieving sales goals during peak retail periods
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards throughout the store
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand standards through promotional setups and event execution
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment where all colleagues feel valued and empowered
- Uphold Sephora's operational standards and policies while maintaining a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environments (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities

- Available for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holiday periods from October 5 through January 10
