Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals during peak retail periods
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain operational excellence
- Ensure accurate promotional setups and execute visual merchandising standards to reflect Sephora's brand identity
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment that celebrates diversity and empowers all team members
