Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate to join its Prosper, Texas store for the peak retail season (October 5 through January 10). This flexible, part-time position involves supporting store operations, providing exceptional client service, managing inventory, and assisting with visual merchandising during high-traffic periods. Expected weekly hours range from 0–14 based on business demand, with scheduling availability required across evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service by supporting team members in creating outstanding shopping experiences and achieving sales objectives
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining high operational standards
