Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support the team in achieving sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
- Ensure the store visually reflects Sephora's brand standards through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment where team members and clients feel empowered
