Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences and support store operations during peak retail periods at its Pittsburgh location. The role encompasses client-facing service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and the maintenance of Sephora's brand standards within a fast-paced, collaborative retail environment. This non-guaranteed hours position runs from October through January and requires flexibility across nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support achievement of sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment according to operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising, promotional setups, and event execution to reflect Sephora's brand positioning
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork by promoting openness and empowerment
- Uphold Sephora policies and maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping environment
- Work flexibly across varying weekly schedules (0–14 hours per week) based on business needs
