Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate in Phoenix to support client service, store operations, visual merchandising, and order fulfillment during peak periods. This part-time, non-guaranteed-hours seasonal role offers 0–14 hours per week based on business needs, with availability required from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10; hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Set up promotions accurately and execute events to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
