Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Phoenix for a flexible, non-guaranteed-hours part-time role, with expected hours of 0–14 per week based on business needs and scheduling from October 5 through January 10. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment and visual merchandising during peak retail periods; hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Ensure accurate promotional setups and execute events to maintain Sephora’s brand presentation in store.
- Help promote an open and inclusive team culture.
