Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Philadelphia to support client service, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment and visual merchandising. This part-time, seasonal role has non-guaranteed hours, with an expected 0–14 hours per week from October 5 through January 10; hourly pay is $19.80–$22.90, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising by setting up promotions accurately and executing events.
