Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Paramus to support client service, sales goals, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, and store operations during peak retail periods. This part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role offers an expected 0–14 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and availability required for nights, weekends, holidays, and October 5 through January 10.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising by setting up promotions accurately and executing events.
- Help foster an open and inclusive team culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked, visually ready store.
