Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Palm Springs for a flexible, part-time role with non-guaranteed hours, expected to be 0–14 hours per week according to business needs. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations and visual merchandising during peak periods, with availability required Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10, including nights, weekends and holidays. Hourly pay is $20.85–$23.98, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
- Ensure accurate promotional setups and execute events to reflect Sephora's brand through visual merchandising.
- Help foster an open, inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked, visually ready store and support store operations and onstage service during peak business periods.
- Be available to work during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
