The Seasonal Associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, and visual merchandising at Sephora’s Village Pointe store in Omaha. This part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role has a flexible schedule of 0–14 hours per week, with availability required from October 5 through January 10 and during nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and executing events.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help provide a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked, visually ready store during peak business periods.
