Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate for its Twelve Oaks location in Novi, Michigan, to provide exceptional client service and support store operations during peak retail periods. The role encompasses customer engagement, inventory management, visual merchandising support, and maintenance of operational standards, with flexible scheduling between October and January offering 0–14 hours per week as business needs dictate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support the team in achieving sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
