The Seasonal Associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations and visual merchandising at Sephora’s Bayview Village store in North York. This part-time, seasonal role offers non-guaranteed, flexible hours of 0–14 per week based on business needs, with availability required for nights and weekends; compensation is CAD 19.20–22.60 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment, while maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and event execution.
- Help foster an inclusive, open team culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and maintain a clean, safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked and visually ready store.
- Be available for peak retail operations, including nights and weekends, and demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance.
