Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences and support store operations during peak retail periods. The role encompasses inventory management, visual merchandising assistance, and customer service delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This flexible position runs from October through January with variable weekly hours (0–14 hours/week) and requires availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support the team in achieving sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand standards through accurate promotional setups
