Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support the team in achieving sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
- Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Promote a culture of openness and inclusivity where all team members feel empowered
