Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate for its Fifth Avenue location in New York City to deliver exceptional client experiences during peak business moments. The role encompasses store operations support, inventory management, visual merchandising assistance, and onstage service in a fast-paced, collaborative retail environment. The position is available from October 5 through January 10, with flexible hours averaging 0–14 per week.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences and support the team in achieving sales goals
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
